MAGIC HOUSE CANCELLED

Cathy Mullins writes…
Due to the bad weather, the Magic House will be closed this Monday.  As of now, we are not rescheduling for January.  But the next (and final) Homeschool Morning at the Magic House will be Monday, February 3, 2014.  Please pass this info along to any homeschoolers you know who would have been attending.
The following exhibit will be open then:
Sid the Science Kid: The Super-Duper Exhibit!
Opening January 25, 2014
The Magic House is super-duper excited to announce our new traveling exhibit Sid the Science Kid: The Super-Duper Exhibit! Created in collaboration with The Jim Henson Company and based on the award-winning PBS Kids TV Series, Sid the Science Kid nurtures kids’ natural curiosity about science in everyday life. At the Sid the Science Kid: The Super-Duper Exhibit!, kids will have the opportunity to become scientists in training as they join Sid on his many scientific adventures. Through fun, hands-on activities, kids will use scientific tools and thinking to explore the world around them.
Sid the Science Kid: The Super-Duper Exhibit! will be free with Museum admission. The exhibit is generously made possible by the Employees Community Fund of Boeing St. Louis, the Boeing Company, Sally and Bill Canfield, the Crawford Taylor Foundation, Judy and Jerry Kent, Monsanto Company and Sigma-Aldrich. Media sponsorship is provided by the Nine Network.
